Welcome to High Steeze. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us
   High Steeze is a men’s streetwear and lifestyle brand based in Lagos, Nigeria. We specialise in premium timepieces and accessories curated for style-conscious men. Our store is operated at www.highsteeze.com.
2. Eligibility
   By placing an order on our store, you confirm that:
   • You are at least 18 years of age.
   • You are based in Nigeria or are authorised to purchase from a Nigerian e-commerce store.
   • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
3. Orders & Order Confirmation
   All orders placed on High Steeze are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment.

3.1 Order Verification
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a member of our team will contact you via phone to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation message from us via email or WhatsApp. Acknowledgement of payment alone does not constitute acceptance of an order.

4. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Online Payment
We accept payments via Paystack, which supports Mastercard, Visa, Verve, USSD, and bank transfers. Your payment is processed securely through Paystack’s encrypted payment gateway.

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible orders within our supported delivery zones in Nigeria. Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. High Steeze reserves the right to withdraw COD availability for any customer or region without prior notice.

4.3 Price Changes
High Steeze reserves the right to update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   We deliver across Nigeria via GIG Logistics (GIGL). Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume.
   • Local Delivery (Intra-City): 1 – 2 business days
   • Same State: 2 – 3 business days
   • Nearby States: 3 – 5 business days
   • Nationwide (Major Hubs): 5 – 7 business days

High Steeze is not liable for delays caused by the logistics provider, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.

6. Returns & Refunds
   Our Returns & Refunds Policy is detailed on a dedicated page at www.highsteeze.com/returns-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy. Key points include:
   • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
   • Return requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.
   • COD orders that are refused at delivery without a prior cancellation request may incur a restocking or return logistics fee.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on www.highsteeze.com — including but not limited to the High Steeze name, logo, tagline (“Earn Your Presence”), product images, and written content — is the intellectual property of High Steeze. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without express written permission.
8. Privacy
   Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.highsteeze.com/privacy-policy. By using our store, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, High Steeze shall not be liable for:
   • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
   • Loss, theft, or damage to orders after confirmed delivery.
   • Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics providers.
10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of our store or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
    High Steeze reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
