Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
